Resumo: Contextualização: A Constelação sistêmica familiar é uma terapia holística que se destaca por tratar o indivíduo na sua totalidade, a manifestação sintomática no corpo físico, como um alerta de algo que precisa ser entendido e olhado, algo além do corpo. Ela ajuda no processo de despertar, mostrando que a doença é uma sinalização e que existe algo no sistema familiar do paciente que precisa ser olhado, entendido e acolhido. Objetivo: Compreender a fibromialgia a partir da constelação familiar e visão sistêmica dentro das ordens do amor: Pertencimento, equilíbrio e hierarquia no caso estudado. Métodos: A pesquisa foi realizada com uma paciente com 37 anos, com diagnóstico clinico de fibromialgia. Foi realizado duas intervenções com intervalo de dois meses entre elas, as intervenções foram filmadas para a descrição. A descrição foi de acordo com materiais de Bert Hellinger e Marusa Helena da Graça.. Resultados: Emrelação ao estudo de caso descrito neste artigo, a constelação sistêmica familiarmostrou-se efetiva na melhora das dores físicas relacionadas a fibromialgia da paciente constelada. Conclusão: Pode-se afirmar que a terapia da constelação realizada neste estudo foi benéfica para a saúde integral da constelada, melhorando o bem estar físico, mental e emocional, colaborando, assim, para umamelhor qualidade de vida.

Abstract: Background: The family systemic constellation is a holistic therapy that stands out for treating the individual in its entirety, the symptomatic manifestation in the physical body, as an alert of something that needs to be understood and looked at, something beyond the body. It helps in the awakening process, showing that the disease is a signal and that there is something in the patient’s family system that needs to be looked at, understood and welcomed. Objective: Understanding fibromyalgia from the family constellation and systemic vision within the love of orders: Belonging, balance and hierarchy in the case studied. Methods: The research was performed with a patient with a clinical diagnosis of fibromyalgia, 37 years. Two interventions were carried out with an interval of two months between them, the actions were filmed for a description. The description was according to materials by Bert Hellinger and Marusa Helena da Graça. Results:  In relation to the home study described in this article, the systemic family constellation proved to be effective in improving the physical pain related to fibromyalgia in the constellated patient. Conclusion: It can be said that the constellation therapy performed in this study was beneficial for the constellate’s integral health, improving physical, mental and emotional well-being, thus contributing to a better quality of life.
